I really enjoy the events I attend as part of the Bournemouth Bloggers but I do have a soft spot for the Lush events, as they are always so much fun! Lush Bournemouth really know how to run an event, and the staff always get everybody excited and involved as soon as you walk through the door.
We had been invited along to celebrate the release of the Halloween and Christmas ranges, and I was really looking forward to seeing all the new products, especially the Christmas range, as they make such good presents and really get you in the mood for the most wonderful time of the year.
We were introduced to the team and given a run through the schedule for the evening, which was fairly laid back, with the option to move around the store as we wanted. There were mini product demonstrations on and the chance to create our very own bath bombs and face masks.
All the staff were knowledgeable and passionate about the company, and it was really lovely to have the chance to find out the ingredients and background behind the products. We were given a little insight into the Lush Spa and its treatments, as well as a taster of the popular Comforter spa treatment, which I need to treat myself to as it sounds so relaxing.
The Halloween range has lots of lovely products this year, including two different pumpkins and a Mercury in Retrograde bath bomb to mark the next phase starting on October 31st.
I am a big fan of Snow Fairy and I was so happy to see lots of new products from this range available in the run up to Christmas. I may have treated myself to the Snow Fairy bath bomb and body conditioner, and I was lucky enough to win the Fairy Dust, so I am well stocked now!
There are so many different products available for Christmas. I could have easily taken them all home, but I managed to stop myself and just picked up the Candy Cane for Carly, who is just as obsessed with Lush products as I am these days! I will definitely be back for more soon, as I need to give the Snow Fairy Amazeball a go.
I was invited along to the Halloween and Christmas showcase with the Bournemouth Bloggers, however I was under no obligation to write this post and all words and images are my own.
