Mother’s Day Gift Guide 2019

Mother’s Day is one of my favourite celebrations throughout the year. My mum is my rock. She is a best friend as well as a mother and I admire her so much for all she has gone through and all she continues to go through, always with a smile on her face and always putting her family first.

I fell in love with this bright, colourful cashmere rainbow jumper from Kit and Kaboodal ever since I received it and I have already had so many compliments from others since sharing photos of me wearing it on Instagram. Coconut oil’s benefits have been advertised for quite a while now but I hadn’t tried it out before. Since receiving the organic coconut oil from Coconut Merchant, I have become a total convert. The Ladybird classic books for adults have been popular for awhile now and I love this personalised version, available from Historic Newspapers. It would make a brilliant gift for Mother’s Day!

Gemondo Jewellery

I love the range of jewellery available from Gemondo. The UK based brand specialise in gemstones, and I was kindly gifted the Yellow Gold Blue Topaz Oval Heart Pendant and Rose Gold Marcasite Earrings. The heart style pendant is 9ct yellow gold and has a beautiful oval topaz gemstone, which is my mum’s birthstone.

The earrings are dainty, with butterfly clasps. The prices are extremely reasonable, and the jewellery comes in a lovely gift box and bag.

Seed & Bean Chocolate

I featured Seed & Bean chocolate in my Valentine’s Gift Guide and I am a total convert. Organic, fair-trade and ethical, choose from a range of tasty flavours including Coconut & Raspberry, Sweet Orange & Thyme, Chilli & Lime and the totally unique Lavender Extra Dark.


2019 seems to be the year reading has become ‘popular’, with many people embarking on reading challenges and social media filled with book recommodations and to-read lists.
