The beauty section of my blog is one of my favourites, I’m a total girly girl and I love makeup, skincare and everything in between, but as a mum of three, I just simply don’t have the money to buy myself most of the things I see and want.
For this reason, I tend to ask for beauty bits for Christmas. Boots is my favourite shop, and I’ve been adding things from there to my Christmas wish list over the past few weeks so I thought I would share them with you today…
Paco Rabanne Lady Million Gift Set
I absolutely adore this perfume. I always have around five fragrances on the go at any one time, and this one has just recently run out. It’s the perfect date night scent, as it’s quite dark and sultry, and makes me feel sexy and confident. I love that the perfume gift sets at Christmas are often the same price as the fragrance on its own, as it always looks nicer to give and receive a set. The body lotion looks really nice as well!
Ted Baker Painted Porcelain Brush Collection
I am a huge fan of Ted Baker make up brushes since I received them in a gift set last Christmas. They’ve lasted really well, but it’s always nice to get some new brushes and the gift set this year looks amazing. The four brushes come with a decorative porcelain brush holder, which will look so pretty on the dressing table/desk that I still need to set up in our bedroom.
No7 Youthful Skincare Collection
I love No7, both for their makeup and their skincare range. They have a huge range of gift sets available this Christmas, and I have my eye on the Ready for Radiance set as it features the eyeshadow palette I have, but the one I have on my list is this skincare collection as it includes their brilliant Protect & Perfect Advanced range, with the replenishing facial oil I use every night before going to sleep.
I heard about this a while back and I reallllly want it! It’s the lazy girls friend when it comes to cleaning your makeup brushes. I hate how much faff cleaning brushes can be and I don’t do it nearly as often as I should, but this cleaner not only removes the dirt from the brushes, it also dries them back off too meaning you can be back applying makeup within seconds!
Champneys Heavenly Days Sleep Kit
I’ve mentioned this before as I bought it for myself recently, but I would be happy to receive it as a gift at Christmas. The pillow mist is amazing at helping me switch off and go to sleep, and this gift set including an eye mask and temple balm is only £1.50 more than the mist on its own.
Benefit Beauty & The Bay Gift Set
I haven’t used benefit in years, but I always used to love the High Beam highlighter. They have a wide selection of gift sets available but this one caught my eye as not only does it contain a high beam mini, it also has three full size products, one of which is the Hoola Bronzer.
Smashbox Try it Kit – Bestsellers
I have been wanting to try Smashbox’s primer for ages. This gift set, made up of miniatures of their bestselling products, looks like the perfect kit to give it a go.
What’s on your beauty Christmas wish list this year?
Ooh my mum received a no7 skincare giftset last year and it all smelt DIVINE! I definitely stole a few bits and bobs haha. I would really love the Morphe x Jaclyn Hill palette and lots of lovely bath bombs as I’m one that loves a self-pamper!

Oh I love the idea of this and this would be a very subtle hint to the husband.
Boots are great for those indulgent gift packs, I had a Ted Baker one a few years back and loved it, the Benefit one might have to be hinted about!
Boots have amazing gift sets every year. Perfect pressie ideas!
The Smashbox Kit sounds awesome and their products are really great! I own the anti-redness primer and love it. I’m loving your gold themed photo’s, those sparkly christmas trees are gorgeous and I love them – where are they from?! 🙂 xo

Paco Rabbane is my favourite also. I love the moisturiser too, I use it for the day so it’s not so strong as the perfume is. Thanks for the heads for the others, going to try out a few x
I don’t own any smashbox stuff so I’d love to receive that for Christmas!!
Makeup brush cleaners are definitely great when you don’t have time to clean!! They’re a quick fix that helps us prevent putting additional grime/dirt on our faces haha. I do like using cleansing solid type products to clean brushes as I find those are quick in general to do!
