Foodie Friday – My Favourite Healthy Snack 

Healthy eating can be hard to stick to, especially with a newborn when you barely have time to pee alone let alone fix yourself a nutritious meal. In between mealtimes I find myself craving bad things. Instead, I prepare this quick and healthy snack. 

Carrot Sticks with Fresh Tomato Salsa

For an even quicker snack on the run I love cherry tomatoes or grapes.
