Beauty – Mini Makeup Haul

So you may have noticed by now, I’m not one for massive spending sprees, but I do tend to stick with little and (fairly) often when it comes to shopping for beauty essentials and my go to shop is still Boots (what can I say, I love a good advantage card point). Here’s what I bought on my latest trip.

Ted Baker Makeup Bag – £12.00

Maybelleine Dream Velvet Foundation in Ivory -£7.99

Maybelleine Eyestudio Diamond Glow Quad in Coral Drama – £6.99

Ecotools Bamboo Foundation Brush – £7.99

Rimmel 60 Seconds Nail Polish in Darling, You are Fabulous – £2.99

Collection up to 7 day Nail Polish in Blackberry – £1.99

I never spend much money on makeup bags and had been looking at a £5 maximum budget but nothing was catching my eye until I came across this bag. I honestly found it hard to spend £12 on myself for a makeup bag but it’s beautiful and I had to have it.

The foundation I tried in the shop and thought it was pretty good. As I currently spend twice as much on the No7 one, I figured it was worth trying it at home and seeing if it lasted the test of time. There was an offer for buy one get one half price on Maybelleine so I also picked up this Eyeshadow set as I do love a nude.

The ecotools brush is one I have already but have used to death so I needed a replacement. I love how soft the brush is and that it comes with it’s own little holder.

I’ve been wanting some new nail colours for Autumn for awhile. I saw the gold colour online and loved it and the purple one I came across whilst browsing in store. Carly has it on her toenails already and loves it.
