I love a recipe that involves minimum effort and maximum yum. I’m not a huge steak fan, but as I’m pregnant, I’m trying to up my iron intake. This recipe is simple, filling and best of all – quick!
-2 steaks (don’t ask me what kind, Ed buys the meat!)
-Chop the vegetables and red onion and fry them in a pan with some oil
-Once browned, transfer the vegetables to a plate
-Cut the fat off the steaks, cut into small pieces or strips and fry in the pan
-Add the vegetables back to the pan and stir fry with the steak
