Having just moved house and started a new job, I’m trying to save money this month. However, I do seem to have already made a few plans so I’m not going to be putting my social life on the shelf just yet.
Saturday 5th March
My family love a good murder mystery and so we are getting dressed up and doing another this weekend as a pre Mother’s Day gathering. I am very close to my family so am looking forward to spending some time with them as well as getting into character…
Sunday 6th March
As I am a mum as well, I am definitely looking forward to a nice long lie in, hopefully with lots of yummy breakfast in bed. Following this, we are meeting up with the rest of the family at a local hotel where we get access to their leisure centre before a yummy 3 course Sunday lunch – yum! An early night with lots of chocolate will perfectly round off my Mother’s Day.

It may have taken us way too long, but finally myself and my two best uni girls have managed to find a date in our diaries we are all free at the same time and have booked to stay for a weekend away. The weekend is going to be full of catching up, food and face masks – I cannot wait! We are staying at a beautiful boutique guesthouse in the countryside on the outskirts of Bath. The location looks absolutely stunning and completely tranquil, and still close enough to the hustle and bustle of Bath.
