I am a huge fan of Valentine’s Day but, with three young children (and now a puppy), Ed and I don’t often manage to make it out to celebrate. As Valentine’s this year will be during the national lockdown here in England, it makes sense to organise something low key and enjoy celebrating at home.
Lush recently sent me some of their Valentine’s Day range for my upcoming gift guide, and I thought I would share the items I was sent, so you can order in advance to enjoy a relaxed Valentine’s at home, whether you are coupled up or single this year.
The Valentine’s range for 2021 focuses on a particular ingredient – the regenerative rose absolute, from Pakistan. Rose absolute is a much loved perfume, which smells gorgeous but also helps to soothe and rejuvenate skin.

Recently, Lush, together with a partner in Pakistan and the brand’s Turkish rose supplier, joined together to grow rose absolute without the use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides. The long term project is to set up a sustainable business, with a factory employing locals having been built a few years ago.
The products from the range that I was sent include the Love Me Do bath bomb, the Heart Beat bath bomb, the Rose Argan naked massage bar and the Keep it Fluffy Reusable bubble bar.
All four products smell absolutely amazing (honestly, opening the parcel was incredible). I put them in our bedroom for some of the photos, and over a couple of hours, they filled the room with such a lovely sweet scent. The Love Me Do bath bomb is my favourite – it comes in a muslin cloth, which can be composted, along with the tag and raffia, and it makes your bath a gorgeous deep pink colour – perfect for a relaxing, romantic bath time.

Keep it Fluffy is a bath bar, so longer lasting, with vanilla and lemongrass, making a delicious scent and plenty of bubbles, without any plastic in sight. The limited edition Rose Argan massage bar is a mix of ruby cocoa liquor, argan oil and rosewater, and is just what you need for a sensual celebration this Valentine’s. Rub it onto your body for silky soft skin, that smells amazing.

Last but not least, the Heart Beat bath bomb is Rose Jam scented (so good), with gold hearts and popping candy – it’s such a fun bath bomb to enjoy alone or together. This bath bomb takes longer to dissolve completely than most, and you can use the love hearts to moisturise).

I have fallen in love (sorry, sorry) with the Valentine’s Day range from Lush, and cannot wait to enjoy the products over the coming weeks. Lush shops are currently open for click and collect orders, or you can order for delivery direct to your home.

I was sent the range from Lush, as part of an upcoming post, however I was under no obligation to write this post, and all words and images are my own.
