I haven’t watched The Only Way is Essex in years, but when I did, two of my favourite characters from the show were the Faiers sisters. Recently the younger of the two sisters, Billie, got married in the Maldives, and make-up artist Krystal Dawn revealed how she used Iconic London products to create her stunning bridal makeup look.
As well as Iconic London’s hero product, the Illuminator, Krystal also used Prep, Set and Glow to create a dewy complexion and the gorgeous Day to Slay eyeshadow palette for a smokey eye.
I was kindly sent across the products and I fell in love with everything. The eyeshadow palette especially is absolutely amazing – the shades compliment each other perfectly and the pigmentation is fantastic. My favourite shades are VIP Vibes, Closing Party and Wonderland – perfect for going from day to night.
The plumping lip gloss is really pretty, giving a subtle hint of colour to lips when worn alone, or adding shine when worn over a lipstick.
The illuminator adds a healthy glow to skin. Just a tiny amount is required to create a gorgeous shimmer for cheekbones, giving the illusion of a flawless complexion.
Prep, Set and Glow does as the name suggests – a multi-use product which can be used both under and over makeup to leave skin with a fresh glow. It is also conditioning and revitalising for skin, with antioxidants, green tea and vitamin E.
Having got married abroad myself, I know how important long-lasting makeup is for destination brides and the Iconic London products really stand the test of time.
As well as having beautiful packaging, the Iconic London products are also cruelty free and their makeup brushes and illuminator are suitable for vegans.
I was sent products from the Iconic London range for the purpose of this post, however all words and images are my own.
