Food & Fitness Friday – Back to School Lunchbox Ideas

The summer is drawing to a close and it will soon be time for school to start once again. Fortunately for us, both of the children will be having free school meals, but if you plan on providing a lunchbox for your little one, I’ve come up with a list of items for inspiration to keep things mixed up throughout the week!

It’s worth noting that some schools have stricter policies than others and won’t allow certain foods, so always check first if you’re unsure. It’s also worth noting that in general, schools will have a no nut policy in place in case of allergies so things like peanut butter shouldn’t be used.
