One of the things I find most difficult about healthy eating during the colder autumn/winter months is finding something warming and yummy which is still healthy. Beef Stew ticks both boxes and is quick and simple to prepare in a slow cooker.
Put the diced beef into the slow cooker
Cut the carrots and onions into chunks and add to the pot with the green beans
Add a flavour packet mixed with water
Heat on low power throughout the day
