A Night With the Bestie

Last night I managed to spend some quality time catching up with one of my best friends. She also happens to be my neighbour, only living a couple of doors away from me. I finished work at six and managed to get over to hers by seven, meaning we had a whole two hours to chat, have some Prosecco and just generally catch up.

It was lovely. I don’t spend enough time with friends, so this was a luxury to be able to really sit and chat about everything going on in our lives. Kirsty has a one year old and a six year old, so it’s nice to be able to talk with someone who not only gets me on a personal level, but also on a mummy level to. After all, who else can you discuss head lice and worms with?!
