With my 29th birthday fast approaching, and the rather scary realisation that I’m almost in my thirties now, I’ve been making an effort with my skincare more.
Gone are the days I would whip off my makeup with a face wipe and call it a day, now my bedtime and morning skincare routine is a little more complex.
Over the past few weeks I’ve been using two of the bestsellers from sk:n, and they’ve become firm favourites.

The Age-Delaying Cream for Younger Skin and Brightening & Firming Eye Cream are from sk:n’s Anti-Ageing and Age-Defying range, focusing on lessening some of the common signs of ageing such as sagging skin and lines.

The age-delaying cream is light, and soaks in quickly, which is brilliant when used as a day cream, as I usually apply my makeup not long after. It contains vitamins A, C & E as well as Shea butter, to soften and hydrate the skin and delay the ageing process.

The eye cream really feels like it’s been making a difference, it’s thicker than the age-delaying cream, and a little goes a very long way. I only use a tiny amount, patted in under my eyes daily, and I feel like the delicate skin under my eyes is getting stronger, firmer and the dark circles under my eyes are beginning to lighten up.

The cream uses a mix of anti-ageing peptides, along with Vitamin B3, caffeine, glycerin and reflective optical particles to combat puffiness and dark circles whilst improving the elasticity of the delicate under eye skin and working on fine lines.

The age delaying cream is priced at £35 and the eye cream is £25, both available from the sk:n website. Although at the higher end of the price range, these are both showing good value for money with only a little amount of product needed for each use.
I was sent the eye and age-delaying cream for the purpose of this review, however all opinions and photos are my own.
