This week I took a poll on Twitter as to whether I should revert back to Foodie Friday and drop the fitness from the name, and the consensus seemed to be yes.
And despite this being yet another post focused entirely on food, I’m reluctant to leave fitness behind just yet as I feel I’ll be even less motivated without it. I must admit, it’s not been at the forefront of my mind over the past few weeks.
In fact, during my anxiety diagnosis and yet another period of depression, I’ve been turning more and more to comfort food.

Family birthday celebration buffet feast
Hangover curing curry
With our trip to Spain just over a week away (not to mention the wedding being in 3 months time) I seriously need to stop eating all the bad food and get back to healthy eating but with so many delicious foot outlets opening in Bournemouth over the coming weeks, I can’t see that happening anytime soon!
